Hervorragende Ferienwohnung, super schöner Urlaub
Das Apartment und Küche sind schön eingerichtet, gepflegt und geräumig. Es ist alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt (und eine Kaffeemaschine, die komplett mit Kaffeebohnen befüllt war…danke schön 😊) Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Gerne würden wir hierher nächstes Jahr wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

Große sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung!
Wir haben zu zweit eine Woche in der Wohnung Nikolaus verbracht und es sehr genossen! Nicht nur der sagenhafte Blick, auch die Ausstattung (besonders die Küche mit der gefüllten De Longhi ) und die Größe der Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht. Alle Zimmer sind geräumig und groß, was auf den Fotos vielleicht nicht so wirkt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, haben Handtücher, Bettwäsche und selbst Toilettenpapier gestellt! Nicht selbstverständlich nach meinen Erfahrungen! Der Weg zur Gondel beträgt höchstens 5 Minuten. Parkplatz ist groß und kostenfrei! Man kann mit dem Skipass mehrere Skigebiete anfahren, was wir leider erst nach 3 Tagen bemerkt, aber dann doch noch voll ausgenutzt haben! Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

Schönes & sauberes Apartment in bester Lage
Das Apartment und Küche sind schön eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man zum Kochen benötigt. Eine De Longhi Kaffeemaschine, die komplett mit leckeren Bohnen befüllt war, übertraf jedoch unsere Erwartungen! Überhaupt fühlte es sich schon fast ein bisschen wie in einem Hotel an. Es war Duschgel, Shampoo und WC Papier vorhanden. Selbst Handtücher lagen bereit. Das Bad ist neu und hat Fußbodenheizung sowie Badewanne. Die Matratzen und Lattenroste müssen auch neu sein. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen! Das Haus ist schön gelegen an einem steilen Hang oberhalb des Ortes Matrei mit großartiger Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berggipfel. Zum Skilift sind es 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Und das alles zu einem fairen Preis... Wir sind überzeugt und kommendes Jahr ist bereits reserviert ;)

Super schöner Urlaub!!!
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und kümmerten sich um jede Bitte. Mir hat es sehr gefallen. Auch hat sich mein Hund sehr wohl gefühlt, denn die Familie hat er gleich als Freunde angenommen. Ich kann einen Urlaub dort zu 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir waren für 10 Tage mit unserem Hund in Matrei und haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, die Lage und der Ausblick ein absoluter Traum. Sogar unser Hund durfte sich dort auf dem gesamten Gelände vollkommen frei bewegen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sowie die Unterstützung vor Ort waren immer sehr zügig, problemlos und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank!!!

Feine Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Ausblick
Auf der Terrasse sitzen, die Stille der Berge genießen und der grandiose Blick über das Tal - so beginnt der Urlaub in der ersten Minute. Eine feine Ferienwohnung, gut ausgestattet und eine freundliche, stets hilfsbereite Vermieterin sind die weiteren Pluspunkte unseres Aufenthaltes. Zudem kommt, dass wir von Matrei aus so viele sehenswerte Ausflüge unternommen werden konnten, dass die 2 Wochen nie langweilig wurden. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!

Schöne Wohnung in schöner Sommerlage
Die Wohnung ist wirklich top! Man hat alles was man braucht (und sogar noch etwas mehr) zu einem Preis der mehr als fair ist! Die Wohnung ist enorm geräumig und komplett ausreichend eingerichtet - mit 4 Personen könnte es jedoch etwas eng auf dem Sofa werden. Die Straße bzw. der Weg zur Wohnung haben es aber etwas in sich. Man muss eine schmale Bergstraße fahren in der man in einer von 2 engen Kurven nur in 2 Zügen herum kommt - bei recht ordentlicher Steigung. Also unbedingt Schneeketten für den Winter dabei haben bzw. zu Zeiten An- und Abreisen wenn die Straße geräumt ist. Wir hatten hier trotz etwas Schnee keine Probleme! Die super Aussicht von der Terasse oder dem Wohnzimmer aus macht den Weg aber wieder wett! Daher 4/5 Sternen!

Prachtig uitzicht.
Mooi, ruim, schoon appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Mooie locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Hier komen we zeker nog een keer terug. klein minpuntje: je moet in het bad staan om te douchen.
