Très bien 👍 mais le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas 👎
Le logement est très bien. Nous avons choisi ce logement pour son jacuzzi mais qui ne fonctionnait pas et nous n’avons pas été tenu au courant de ce désagrément. Nous aurions donc pu réserver un autre logement sans jacuzzi et pour moins cher… Aucune solution proposée par la propriétaire car les réparations ne sont pas effectuées régulièrement. Aussi,dans 3 chambres sur 4 il n’y a aucun volet ou rideau occultant. Vous serez donc réveillé dès les premières lueurs du soleil. Dommage que ces désagréments rendent les séjours moins appréciable…

Très beau chalet dans la nature pas tout à fait bien entretenu
Très beau chalet dans la nature sur les hauteurs de Gerardmer accessible en 10 bonnes minutes. Le chalet est agréable à vivre et la proximité de la faune locale est très agréable. Au rang des petits désagréments quelques promesses non tenues, pas de trampoline, des jeux pour enfants vétustes, un poêle très sympathique mais lorsque vous demandez du bois on vous répond que l'on n'en livre pas en été (il faisait pourtant 12°c et un temps pluvieux, j'ai acheté mon bois moi même..). D'autre part plusieurs éléments non entretenus dans le chalet, des lattes de terasses munies de vis dépassaient de 5 bons cm, assez dangereux, le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas du tout (réparation rapide cependant), pas de brosse toilette au deuxième, siège wc vaccillant, nombre de couvert insuffisant. Pas grand chose à chaque fois mais un cumul de petits problèmes qui nécessiteraient une gestion un peu plus en rapport avec le niveau de prestation avancé. Nous avons cependant passé un très bon séjour.

De woning is ruim en groot, maar de bank en krukken zijn bijna aan vervanging toe. Aantal lampen moeten worden hersteld. Voor mensen die van een rustige omgeving houden, zoals wij, perfect.

Séjourt court mais parfait!!
Que des bonnes surprises. Le chalet est facile à trouver (si l'on vient par la D50) autrement il faut traverser la forêt. Tout le chalet est parfait, rien à redire : l'accueil est correct, les consignes sont simples et claires et les prestations à la hauteur. Le jacuzzi est très agréable même s'il fait - 3 degrés.. Il est tombé presque 20 cm de neige en une nuit ce qui fut magnifique au réveil grâce à une exposition idéale. De bons pneus neige sont donc conseillés surtout dans la rue et pour la petite montée pour atteindre le chalet. La vue est pas mal, les chambres et les salles de bain sont grandes et propres. La cuisine et le séjour sont propices aux vacances entres amis !

trés bon sejour
nous avons passer un trés bon séjour dans notre chalet le soleil etait en plus de la partie nous avions le confort comme a la maison le chalet etait super bien equiper et trés agreable a vivre et le top le jacuzzi sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la montagne et a 2 pas de gerardmer nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l'année prochaine
