Great little place!

Friendly owner & staff. Basic hotel but great location as close to beaches & also Bibione. Parking was good as well. Breakfast was adequate. They were a bit overwhelmed with cleaning tables & restocking breakfast items as the hotel was full.

Outstanding

Lorenzo and his wife are the most welcoming host we have seen in a while. Consistently asking us how we feel or if we need anything. The breakfast is also one of the best we had and it was complimentary. Overall the whole experience was outstanding, we will definitely return.

Angenehmer Kurzurlaub in Italien.

Sehr freundliche Angestellte und Besitzer, angenehme Atmosphäre. Frühstück nicht abwechslungsreich aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Mehr Gemüse und Früchten wäre wünschenswert.

Good location close to the beach and city

Nice hotel, friendly staff. A little trouble with the room when we came, we payed more to have the biggest room and then it wasn’t available when we arrived. But the next day they fixed it! :)

Standarthotel aber sehr renovierungsbedürftig

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil einige gute Bewertungen standen. Aber wir waren sehr überrascht wie sehr renovierungsbedürftig es war. Im Zimmer war alles sauber aber die alte Holzfenster machten nicht so ein guter Eindruck. Was später wurde noch mal bestätigt, das sie kaum Straßenlärm unterdrückten und beim Gewitter bei jedem Donnerschlag vibriert haben. Die Hotelpersonal und Hotelbesitzer waren nett. Das Frühstück könnte preiswerter und qualitativ besser sein. Die Angabe über die Strandentfernung(500 Meter) war nicht korrekt, weil die tatsächlichen Liegen mit Sonnenschirm in 1 Kilometer Entfernung lagen.

Essenziale, pratico, 5 min. dal mare e dal centro di Lignano Pineta. Hotel mette a disposizione ombrellone sdraio e bicicletta per il soggiorno. Per raggiungere Sabbiadoro (zona più divertente rispetto a Pineta) sono sufficienti 15 minuti di bicicletta. Esperienza positiva

3 doppie adattate, 2 triple e 1 doppia pagate

Prenoto una doppia, una tripla e una quadrupla per una notte. Quando arriviamo segnaliamo che mancano due persone; siccome la prenotazione era non-cancellabile chiaramente non chiediamo il rimborso, mi sarei aspettata che mi restituissero le colazioni che erano state pagate e non sarebbero state nè preparate nè consumate, sarebbe stato un bel gesto, ma pazienza. Al momento del checkout notifico che avevamo prenotato una doppia, una tripla e una quadrupla ma ci erano state assegnate tre doppie di cui due con un letto aggiuntivo, quindi nè triple nè quadruple. Tra un letto e l'altro c'erano 10 cm e per farci stare il terzo letto hanno dovuto togliere i comodini e la portafinestra del balcone si apriva solo per 40 cm. I proprietari hanno ammesso l'errore e hanno restituito forfettariamente solo la differenza tra la quadrupla e la tripla. Se fossimo arrivati tutti, non avrebbero saputo dove metterci. I proprietari sono cordiali, la struttura è datata ma ha un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Vista la nostra esperienza (3 in stanze da 2), diciamo che per una notte può essere una buona soluzione per chi non soffre di claustrofobia.
