Given the amount of money that the room costs, itās totally worth it! very satisfied with the cleanliness and the room space. itās pretty spacious i must say. The owner speaks fairly good English and is very helpful when it comes to transport arrangement and planning for visits at the places of attraction.
However, please do not use google maps to locate the Hotel as the location is inaccurate. The hotel is located only around 3 mins away from the airport and it will only be convenient for guests who wish to catch their flight early morning on the next day/ arrive in Lijiang in the evening. It is not really recommended to stay at the hotel if you wish to travel around the Lijiang Old Town as itās located around 35mins away.
Important note to foreigners : Please do not book this hotel for more than a night as we were informed by the owner that the government does not allow foreigners to stay more than a night at hotels around the airport area. Due to this reason, we were forced to look for other hotels near the Lijiang Old Town during our stay. The owner refunded our money and we had to go through some hassle to immediately look for other hotels.
Overall, we are quite satisfied with the hotel except for the fact that we had to go through such hassle instantaneously after arriving at the hotel.
