Close to a wood and close to the Lille metro, accessible in 5 minutes by car, the kitchen with all the household appliances and the living room open onto a wooden terrace and its garden through large picture windows, facing south. North side, a double bedroom with a small private bathroom. Upstairs, 3 double bedrooms are served by 1 bathroom with shower and bath, and 1 toilet.
Good location to discover Lille and its metropolis with its museums, parks, restaurants and numerous shops. In terms of nature, the Bois de Boulogne and its citadel, the heron park in Villeneuve d'ascq, walks along the Deule. On the Belgian side, 20 minutes from the house, you have bellewaerde and its attractions and ice mountains in Comines, where you can ski all year round on real snow with winter mountain temperatures before feasting on the mountain restaurant overlooking track with fondue or raclette or other specialty!

We had an excellent week in France. Visiting Lille and travelling to Ypres in Belgium. The house was excellent, warm and cosy. Well placed for sight seeing and shopping. Our host Emmanuelle, was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful week. Nous avons passĆ© une excellente semaine en France. Very clean, comfortable house. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean.Perfectly located to explore the region. Emmanuele the property owner is very friendly and helpful. Mila the lady who greeted us at the property and managed the property was fantastic! She was so helpful and friendly. Amazing person. We all had a great time exploring and returning to a lovely house to relax in the evening. Would highly recommend.

Lovely and well maintained 4 bed house in a great quiet location.
House situated perfectly for what we wanted to do, everything that was needed was in the house even a bbq was available for use. The owner was lovely and extremely helpful showing us how everything worked, when we had an issue with the tv she came over to show us how to set it all up. Nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely stay there again.

L'accueil, fait par la voisine, Ć©tait vraiment trĆØs sympa, plein de conseils... L'emplacement rĆ©gional est Ć©galement parfait pour rayonner entre Belgique, cĆ“tes d'opale ou mer du nord, Arras... Nous avons passĆ© une belle semaine en famille dans cette jolie et agrĆ©able maison. GrĆ¢ce Ć  l'accueil de la propriĆ©taire nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis comme chez nous. Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. La propriĆ©taire est sympathique, disponible et Ć  l'Ć©coute. La maison est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e et propre, rien n'a manquĆ©. Le jardin est un petit Havre de paix. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Pour notre part, c'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain passage dans le nord.

J'ai sĆ©journĆ© chez Emmanuelle avec des amis, afin de nous rendre Ć  un mariage Ć  proximitĆ©. La maison est spacieuse et propre, l'ambiance est chaleureuse, on s'y sent bien tout de suite ! Les Ć©quipements sont nombreux et de qualitĆ© (barbecue au gaz, terrasse, piscine hors sol, etc.). A noter toutefois que nous n'avons accĆØs qu'Ć  une seule des 2 salles de bain contrairement Ć  ce qui est mentionnĆ© dans lā€™annonce, ce qui peut ĆŖtre un peu juste pour 5/6 personnes. Nous avons Ć©tĆ© accueillis par une voisine d'Emmanuelle, mais Ć©tions tout de mĆŖme en contact avec elle. Rien Ć  redire niveau accueil, je recommande !!

Excelent sĆ©jour dans une jolie maison trĆØs confortable pour quatre adultes. ƀ notre arrivĆ©e Mme Schuler nous a trĆØs gentiment accueillis: elle nous a montrĆ© la maison, expliquĆ© le fonctionnement des Ć©lectromĆ©nagers et aussi conseillĆ© des visites Ć  faire dans la rĆ©gion. La maison Ć©tait trĆØs propre et bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Dommage qu'on n'a pas pu trop profiter du jardin Ć  cause de la mĆ©teĆ©o, mais ce sera pour la prochaine fois. Casa muy coqueta y confortable para cuatro adultos. Mme Schuler fue muy simpĆ”tica en su recibimiento y ademĆ”s de enseƱarnos la casa y explicarnos el funcionamiento de los electrodomĆ©sticos nos aconsejĆ³ visitas en la regiĆ³n. Una pena no haber podido disfrutar demasiado del jardĆ­n por el tiempo, pero queda pendiente para la prĆ³xima vez
