Toilet ran and made noise all night, couldnt find thermostat and it was about 80 degrees in room- had to open window with no screens.

The property is very clean and nice looking, and it's easily walkable to the shopping district and several major attractions. Property needs more parking spaces to accommodate a full hotel. Overflow parking was parking under trees or in an grassy area. Additionally, our booked Deluxe room was not properly reserved in their system, so we were downgraded to a standard twin and they were fully booked and unable to adjust our booking. The breakfast buffet is one of the best parts of staying here and is easily worth the stay by itself! It is hard to beat and we looked forward to it both mornings of our stay.

Had to go down in the elevator- walk through several long hallways, take another elevator down another floor before reaching our room! A true maze! There were no Kleenex in the bathroom, no wash cloths, or soap or body wash in the shower.

Wings of Hôtel don’t line up. Needs alternative entrance to wings of the hotel once you have checked in. No tissues in the room.

We have chosen to not provide them in the rooms anymore, but we will take your comment under advisement. As for the layout of the hotel, some parts have been added on after the original construction.
