Unfortunately the specifically booked (and confirmed via telephone) twin access room wasnā€™t set up for our visit (perhaps too short notice). The staff found a good solution and were helpful. The restaurant was overbooked, stressed staff, no knives to eat with, slow service, salad was unwashed ā€¦ not great.

We booked 3 rooms for a wedding that was a few kilometres away. We liked the convenience, the free parking and the staff at the desk was welcoming. Unfortunately, cleaning staff walked us up as they entered the room in the morning (at 9am) without knocking

Good hotel
The hotel is a typical french "near the freeway" hotel. Everything's ok, but nothing really stands out. The hotel includes a courtepaille restaurant with a patio which can also be used for breakfast.

One of the better Ibis hotels.
This is one of the best Ibis we have stayed in mainly due to the excellent customer service. The location was fine for a stopover. Dinner was good with an excellent bottle of wine, great bar service and really pleased with our stay.

Good location for marathon
Great location for those taking part in the Beaujolais marathon. Room was small but comfortable. They even opened breakfast early for runners.
