I made a reservation through Expedia which was confirmed by both Expedia and Best Western. The room was also paid in full. When I got there I was told the hotel was completely full. I had to leave after driving 14 hours. After driving for 20 miles, I got a call from the hotel that all of a sudden they have found a room. Blamed everything on Expedia. Terrible experience

Comfortable stay but….
The room was very nice. Two reasons why the 4 stars instead of 5 are the air conditioning didn’t work to well so we were stuffy all nigh and the breakfast area was mostly just muffins and sweet stuff-no eggs or meat. The juice machine was out so if you don’t like coffee there was no option for you to drink. When they advertised breakfast buffet, I expect more choices than packaged sweets. We left and went to IHOP. Having said all that the overall stay was great. Room was nice and beds were super comfortable.

No lights in room
None of the lights or outlets worked in our room. We had to use the bathroom light to give light to our room. It was so late at night that we didn’t even bother trying to switch rooms. Couldn’t charge our phones because none of the outlets worked.

It was very clean and close to everything. I wouldn't consider it a 4 star, but definitely affordable and a good stop when we were escaping the blizzard on our way to Arvada.

Stay was fine except for Dirty bed, when I brought it to staff attention they blew it off and treated me beyond poorly. it escalated very quickly to the point I felt so threatened I called police. Manager definitely could have handled everything better.
