Very old appliances. Water in shower would go randomly to ice cold or scalding hot. No AC so had to have windows open at all times which meant it wasn’t quiet. Best thing was the view.

This is the second time we have stayed here, & just like the first time check in was easy, the staff friendly & helpful, the room was just what we wanted, ocean view, king bed , fireplace & chairs for two people to sit comfortably, very clean! Thank you for a great night stay

The views are beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The environmental is comfy, not fancy. It could use an update but the views and staff make it worth while. It's unfortunate that they do not have lani's or beach access. Beach access is a short walk.

Although the place is definitely dated, that's what gives it it's charm!! I stayed in a 2 queen with kitchen & fireplace, room 109, which had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped with dish and flatware, as well as pots & pans, bring your own oil & spices & pantry needs. The room was quite large, compared to most others I have stayed in on the Coast, which have been many. Hotel room prices have soared over the past 2 years, and this one was one of the lesser expensive, especially for what you get. The room did have a musty smell, but that's to be expected for its age and having the ocean breeze cascade in when the windows are open!

Well maintained although older establishment. Ocean view is wonderful. Some of the units are built on a slope so walking thru parking lot could be tricky for older people.

The staff was very nice and responsive. The view was incredible. The parking was great too. I felt safe for the most part. Negative is that, it definitely needs an upgrade. The carpet was coming up in our room, the counter in the bathroom looks like it was chewed on. I did ask for a non pet room and I feel like we might have been placed in one with how things were.

It is an old place. It looked clean but had a musty smell. We had a kitchen room that was very dated. The floors in the kitchen squeeked with every step. The beds were very comfortable. The floors and walls are very thin. We had a gagle of bison take residence in the unit above us. We could hear every step they took. We left for about 3 hours to avoid listening to the noise. They were quiet for a while when we got back. Then started back up around 2am. Didnt get much sleep after that. Not a bad place to stay if you are a vampire.
