The service and personal touches were amazing! We were travelling with our dog and recieved a welcome package with treats and poop bags! There is even a dog relief area on one side of the property! When checking in we were also welcomed with smoked salmon chowder and cookies! There were a few bugs in our room (ants/beetles) but all the other touches compensated for that!

This hotel is well setup to enjoy time on the beach, the pool and hot tub are all in close proximity. With active kids we particularly enjoyed the fact that they could go from activity to activity without needing to go indoors. There is a foot wash and shower to manage the sand! The beach access was superb, and the breakfast and afternoon snacks made for an easy stay. We would definitely stay here again!

I wouldn’t want to stay here again because the walls are super thin and the people upstairs had their kid in the room all day and all night jumping and running. Jumping off the couch and although we would leave and come back it was constant. Staff was notified and they can only do so much. Room to the left was partying late at night and opening and closing the front door all night yelling in the hallway. It was not a good expense. Positive - room was nice and ocean front view, even while your showering you can look out the window and see the ocean. it was beautiful. at night, having the fireplace running while enjoying the sun going down.

Obvious Expedia bookers are put in crappy rooms as a punishment - a couple snide remarks confirmed my suspicion. Don’t do business wiith Expedia if you don’t like it. I wouldn’t have known about your place if not for them. Pay a lot more for the ocean view room or don’t book. Clean and comfortable bed.

This place is so overrated in all aspects. First, check in is at 4, got there at 5:30 and the room wasn’t ready. When we finally got in, it didn’t even smelled freshly clean, it looked like they spent no more than 5 minutes cleaning it. All the mirrors were smeared, there was still sand in one of the toilets, like it wasn’t even wiped down, tv in room had hand prints on it (guessing from little kids), night stand had cup marks still from previous guests so I had to wipe all of them. The whole room didn’t close to the pictures on Expedia, everything looked and smelled old. All the cupboards in kitchen and baths were sticky and just looked dirty, they just do a terrible job at maintaining them. Their sofa and ottomans look so old too. Their breakfast is continental breakfast and not buffet breakfast. We spend one night only because it was already late to go look for another hotel and they were going to charge us a fee for late cancelation. I just weren’t recommended it to anyone, specially at the rates they have.

If you ever stay at this place , dont stay on the first floor as because , the grass will block your ocean view , they have very good free breakfast and at 5pm they have claim chowder everything ok dont stay on the first floor
