Room was a bit cold and the heater did not warm it properly , as it was a small wall heater. Oceanside windows were extremely dirty and ruined our view of the Pacific. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was not a value for the cost.

I stayed a few months ago and had a wonderful time. The reason I'm writing this review so much later is because there was an employee that made my experience fantastic and basically saved my week. Thank you, Tony, for helping me get home! I went to put my bags away in my car before check out and noticed i couldn't open my car. I quickly realized my fab was out of battery and I wouldn't be able to start my car to get home. I figured that I would check myself out before I figure out what to do with my car. Enter Tony, I was obviously concerned when checking out and mentioned that I may not be able to move my car for awhile because I think my fab is dead. I didn't ask Tony for help but he dug a bit further, he asked what kind of battery it needed. While I checked what I needed he checked some other people out and talked to them like they were his best friends, next level support. I found the battery type, and he had it! I offered to buy him a coffee or a snack for the help, he rebutted and said, 'No need, I just hope you come stay with us again.' Because of Tony I got home and could continue my week as planned, he made it easy. This service is the kind or service that people remember. Please give this man a promotion. If you're reading this, Tony, I'm still using that battery and you're the best, thank you!

Great getaway spot!
We enjoyed our room with the view of the ocean. We used the hot tub once and ate at the hotel restaurant once. Enjoyed our time there.

The room set up was sweet, staff was friendly. The shower was awful, it ran out of hot water. The wall heater was dirty and looked like it would catch on fire at any moment. The bed was uncomfortable and walls were so thin we could hear everything the people next to us were saying.

Older property, nicely designed but freezing cold in the room. They had the heat off and a wall heater that took forever to heat the room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Only 1 coffee cup so we had to share as we came in later in the evening. Found a weird bug in the morning on the floor. Hoping whatever it was none were in our luggage or clothes to come home. Great location right on the beach.

Right on the ocean- so I expected some amount of wear and tear - the room was clean, did not smell musty and had a lovely fireplace that we used quite a bit. The sliding door to the balcony was heavy and sticky- but again what you should expect from constant sea air. The views were perfect and the in room coffee was good. We did not use any other facilities this stay. This hotel is easy to get to from multiple directions- love taking the residential streets around location. Would stay again!

This has always been one of me and my Wife’s favorite places to stay when we go to the coast. The room was clean and the view was amazing, but the furniture was outdated and worn. The chairs on the patio were faded and not made of plastic. And normally the beds are very comfortable, but the one we had this time was not.

View was amazing, The pool is awesome The hot tub could use some work. Sauna rooms were broken. Came into private room without invitation. Room carpets are nasty. Shower heads are way low with bad drainage.
