We have stayed at this property in many times in the past and it has severely gone downhill. We booked two rooms and both were dirty. The hot tub was a shade of grey, granted there were a lot of users.

Had to fix the toilet and the tv in our room when we got settled. Extra fees for dogs was over the top and not well communicated through Expedia reservation, however there was a place to let your dog go to the bathroom right outside the side door to the building. Did not receive a receipt from the front desk on checkout - was told i would receive an email from Expedia but all i received is this email to rate the hotel.

Stayed here last year and it was nice. This year experience was terrible. Linens were not changed, hair all over the bed sheets. Found a sock left from previous customers. Heating did not work they brought a portable one. Curtains had holes and partially shredded. Staff serving the breakfast was nice. Would not stay there again.
