The front desk attendantā€™s English was hard to understand. We could not ask for extra towels. The towels are super thin. The furniture was stained and dirty. The doors and fixtures were beat up. This is not a 3 star property.

Lobby was super clean. Room was clean, but run down, the travel size and full size shampoos and conditioner were nearly empty upon arrival. Very hard and uncomfortable bed. Like a RV 3 inch mattress over plywood. Sheets and blankets smelled heavily of bleach, created headaches daily

Where do I start? The good. Microwave, fridge, TV and wi-fi were fine. Fridge was cold and microwave clean. Thatā€™s about where it ends. The bathroomā€¦walls were cracked, toilet was so old it had rust stains and the shower faucets were barely attached. You had to hunt to hunt for the right shower handle location to get hot water it was so loose. The shower head was red colored from either rust or being so old, not sure. The semi-circle shower rod was barley attached to the wall on each end so it sagged so horrible, that shower curtain just hung in the middle and left two feet on each end letting water to escape and depriving you of any privacy. I guess someone will need to slip and hit their head on the toilet and sue this company before they care at all. Didnā€™t find out until my last morning there that not only did one of the three pillows have old dried blood on itā€¦the bed sheet did too. I almost puked and couldnā€™t believe I slept in that bed all weekend. Cleaning service just folded and replaced the towels, didnā€™t make bed or clean bathroom counterā€¦canā€™t believe Wyndham is paying someone for that? Spend the extra $20 a night and stay somewhere nicer!

Excellent service. Bed was so uncomfortable. Felt the springs and was load when you moved. Bathroom had some water damage at some point and looked like it was finished by preschoolers.

Room was clean. Unfortunately they do not have walk in showers or raised toilets for handicapped customers. Room did not have a coffee maker. The coffee offered at breakfast did not have large lids for the cups and did not offer artificial sweeteners.

2nd time we have stayed here for a Husker game. Rooms are clean, beds are a little creaky but comfy. Bathrooms have nice toiletries. Breakfast is minimal but it's free. No pool and tons of junk in that area but didn't affect our stay. Will continue to come back when in town.

Were do we start? The tub was nasty, the towels were both dirty, the comforter was falling apart, and donā€™t expect anything special for breakfast. Really dissatisfied with this place. I wouldnā€™t stay here, frankly Iā€™d like a refund. Looks like a storage facility not a hotel. Donā€™t stay here

property was in mid repairs but we were not told this at booking , pool was closed for repair room was dirty with sticky floors trim falling off, some guests were loud and obnoxious and staff was slow to deal with it. A/C in room was not working properly but staff wouldnt move us to a different room. breakfast was waffles a nd twinkies overall experience was terrible and will cause me to avoid wyndom hotels in the future

The deadbolt did not engage. The hardware lock was missing from the door at the top so was not able to lock. Associate had to be called every time. Attendant was never at desk.

The first room we went to smelled like cigarette. We moved to another room and the bathtub is clogged. The faucet was lose so the water that comes out of the shower is only half. No coffee maker in the room. The coffee in the breakfast room was so light.

Overall it was just a basic hotel that got us through the night. Wasnā€™t very many options for breakfast. Ended up going down the street to IHOP. All the restaurants and places to eat were pretty convenient that were close to the hotel. Staff is friendly whenever youā€™re not waiting for them. Took about 10-15 minutes for someone to even get us checked in.
