The front desk staff very nice and friendly not dressed professionally but nice! The lobby was nice and clean however our room smelled super musty which I understand we had a pet but it was to point that our clothes smelled! The rugs felt as it they were tacky the restroom could use an update. Sorry but will not be returning.

They said they only had dirty beds available. They didnā€™t have housekeeping to clean the rooms or beds. We did not stay, and have gone through the process to get a return. Still waiting for the return. Was never offered a free room or coupon for the inconvenience.

In the morning the girl at the desk was also working the breakfast room. She was busy checking people out and trying to fill the breakfast items at the same time. The breakfast items were out at times and she was working as best she could. Short staffed made breakfast time hectic.

Pretty much standard for the price and age. Handy restaurant a couple minute walk. Front desk lady was poor. No smiles or pleasantries, just ā€˜Do you have a reservation?ā€™ Prattled off rules to agree to. Said thereā€™s a hundred dollar deposit. Saw her the same with two other customers. Whereas the girl in the breakfast room was delightful, warm and efficient.

Front desk lady refused to let anyone check in in early before football game despite having rooms ready. We tried to check in at 2:30 (3:00 pm check in) and got told absolutely not in a very rude way. Basically about 40 people just stood around to wait until 3 pm on the dot to line up and check in. They then proceeded to have 4 people behind the desk but only checkin 1 person at a time. With all the people in the lobby it took another hour to get checked in. Complete incompetent to not start the process earlier?? Even if rooms werenā€™t ready just have them wait until 3 to go to room. They also didnā€™t have breakfast in the morning despite saying there was claiming their refrigerator went out. Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered with the 1 particular front desk lady being in a power trip and ruining the rest of our trip by delaying us 2 hours at the start for no reason at all. Will never return. Would rather sleep in my car. Spot was also fairly trashy.

Disappointing experinece
Early checkins were not allowed so it was midnight when we did check in. The person at the desk was rude. The room was clean and looked nice but was musty smelling. We were told when we checked in there was breakfast in the morning but there was no breakfast. Very disappointing experience.
