Good, minor inconveniences.

Our stay was great. The only thing I would complain about is that our shower was not very clean. You could see the “soap scum” on the shower floor and in the crevices of the shower door. The pillows were not very comfortable ,but we managed. On a positive note, there was a wide selection of food to chose from for breakfast. We were very happy with that. We utilized the heated pool which was a little cold. Many visitors including us wish they offered a hot tub . Overall, good experience for the price :)

There was no record of my reservation when I showed up today. I actually had to pay for it out of my credit card even though the transaction was paid for through Expedia. Not sure what the communication is with third-party through the hotel, but I was extremely disappointed on that end of the operation thankfully, there was a room for me otherwise I'd be more irate

The hotel was great and centrally located. Excellent breakfast and clean dining area. We had nice room on the first floor. My only real complaint are with the pillows. The pillows were so flat and squishy but that is more a preference thing. I will definitely book there again we go to Lincoln often.
