Average. Pros: bed was comfortable; shower water pressure was adequate; And TV was nowhere. Cons: Room was very small; Staff at night was in attentive and on personal calls while assisting customers; Room was not cleaned during my multi night stay and Requested towels were never provided. Breakfast was minimal but adequate. Room rate was low, but for just $10-$15 a night a better option is available. I would not stay here again.

It does have a pool and spa. However there were some rednecks (white trash) staying near the pool on one occasion, and a woman threatened me out of nowhere when I was near the hot tub and a guest. The rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The keycards are touchy.

Property was not as the pictures or reviews portrayed. Pretty sure the reviews were made up. Property is getting run down. I believe there are people living here. Several people hanging out in the parking lot giving an unsafe vibe to the hotel. Several drunk or high individuals walking around. Went to bed fully expecting our vehicle to be broken into overnight. Our room was clean, but the lights beside the bed werenā€™t working as there werenā€™t lightbulbs in them. Our tv did not work. It said no signal. Front desk said they would come up and check it out, however they never came up. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely not stay here again.

It's inexpensive--basic--safe
This Microtel is in a more industrial side of Lincoln but a quick ride to Lincoln North Star High School to grab the bus to Memorial Stadium. Our room was basic. It had a weird smell but you acclimated to it quickly. The coffee was B-A-D. There was no real "half & half" either in the room or the breakfast area. The breakfast was B-A-S-I-C. I had a bowl of cheerios. They had fresh bananas which was a plus. There was a waffle maker. The lighting was harsh. The roku was OK but hard to find channels you might want to watch. I felt safe which is good.

We loved the pool and hot tub. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. There needs to be more pillows available. Having the fire alarm going off in the morning for what seemed like 15 minutes really stunk.

Room had black mold which I disused when I first checked in as it was night and I basically went straight to sleep, however I did notice the room felt damp but thought the AC needed to catch up . Next morning with the lights on I saw all the mold , tried to call front desk they wouldnā€™t answer . So I went to front desk told manager about room , he went with me I showed him all the mold . I was to stay 3 nights and said no way!!! They would NOT REFUND the 2 remaining nights . I will report them to the city horrible place and worse customer service.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to the Intl. Quilt Museum. Should have stayed in the airport or downtown areas. When we got to our floor the hall smelled like dirty diapers. Our room, while appearing clean, smelled of mildew. The bed was comfortable, though. The hotel appears to be used as housing, there were children runnung around late at night above us. Breakfast was sparse. Staff seemed indifferent. Would not recommend this hotel.
