Always a great stay!
We stayed here every time we visited our older daughter at college 9 years ago and now stay there every time we visit our younger daughter there and it's always been a good experience

Rude and accusatory
Kimberly, The front desk receptionist, very rude. Accusatory stating that we smoked in the room we had only been there 15 minutes and in no way were smoking. She comes, knocking on the door, threatening to make us leave. A manager above her, came in and saw that we werenā€™t smoking and said it had to be from the morning. I will never recommend somebody nor will we ever go there again. I donā€™t appreciate the treatment or the way she handled the situation.

Charged my credit card without my permission
We have stayed at this property before and had no issues, however, for some reason after pre-paying for the room through hotels.com when I checked in they asked for a credit card for incidentals and they would not charge it. After checking my bank statement they charged me $50 I called hotels.com and they said it would be removed. it hase been 6 days and still not removed. I will file a dispute with my credit card company.

I should have taken a better look at what the Hotel provided. Didnt have a coffee pot in the room. No shampoo just bar soap. It also dosent have a breakfast in the morning. Again i should habe read up on this. It was clean and the staff was friendly
