we were impressed by the service from the hotel. We had previously booked a hotel in another city and they cancelled our hotel while standing there. We called this hotel and they were very helpful. Excellent service!

We stayed here while our child was in ICU. First they refused to honor the hospital rate. Then they wouldn’t let us check in due an electrical outage. They said to cancel the reservation made through Expedia and they would approve the refund. They did not approve the refund and kept our money after leaving us without a room. We had to find alternate room accommodations late at night. We need that refund to cover lodging costs while our child is in the hospital here.

Do not stay here. They are rude and lie. They kept our money for 2 nights stay after they told us they would refund us because they could not check us in due an electrical outage. We were staying here while our son is in the hospital. Not sure what kind of people do this to people with a child in the ICU. We had to pay for a room elsewhere and have been only sleeping there a few hours while being at the hospital the majority of the time.

Nice place under unusual circumstances
Nice manager and maintenance staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Sadly, we arrived just as a major rainstorm hit. We'd only been in our room for a few minutes when the power went out. We couldn't use the TV, internet, pool etc. so went to sleep early. Power finally returned in the middle of the night. Woke up early and enjoyed their breakfast, grateful to have the elevator again as we were checking out.

Beautiful room. Checked in late (10:30) and was greeted by a man behind the desk holding up one finger in a “wait” signal. He walked away and came back minutes later. Not very friendly or informative. Handed us keys and didn’t tell us our room number. Had to look at the envelope to find out. Room was fine; not well stocked (3 towels for four people)but didn’t need a that 4th towel for showering. There were random people standing around the front of the building loitering and entering and exiting the building not sure they were staying there. At breakfast, the guy taking care of the buffet was on his phone/ear pods for at least 15 minutes talking extremely loud and being very rude/disruptive. I think management needs to review customer service etiquette with these guys. Since our stay was very short lived(<8 hours), I didn’t complain. Clean and beautiful rooms, breakfast was average as “free breakfasts” go.

I was on a 3 week road trip with my family. I wasnt sure what to expect for the price. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was sizeable enough to accommodate the 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 children. The room was comfy, tv selcetions were decent, and the breakfast was more than expected for the price. I hope this hotel continues the decent budget room option for travelers. On my 2 1/2 week road trip with my family, this was the best deal expidia got for me. Price - 10, beds - 8, shower - 9, toilet paper - 8, breakfast - 8.5. I did not get to use the pool, but all looked good. I would definitely stay here agian.
