Clean,Spacious, well located
stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again.

This place had everything!
My daughter (23) and I stayed here for 5 nights and were thrilled with everything. The owners have thought of everything you could possible need or want for a stay! I have never stayed in a vacation rental that was so well equipped! We loved the proximity to Boultham Park and I went for an hour’s walk around it every morning - such a beautiful place. Location is also great for Lincoln shopping! The owners were very friendly, welcoming and ready to help with anything. We would definitely return! Highly recommended!

This is a lovely apartment, very well appointed and in a lovely setting. The hosts were friendly and informative. It is an easy 30 min walk into Lincoln to see the sights. We would definitely recommend this property.

The Pryor Annex
Many thanks to Wendy and Jim for their outstanding support during my recent stay at their "Pryor Annex" in Lincoln England. First the flat was excellent in every respect. The furnishings were new, complete and couldn't be better. The location is in a friendly and comfortable neighborhood centrally placed in the historic city. Jim was especially helpful when my rental car failed and assisted me during my two day wait for a replacement vehicle. I highly recommend the "Pryor Annex". Sincerely, Davd Ballard
