Log cabin in the immediate vicinity of Pärnävaara sports center, ideal destination for active holidays in both winter and summer.
15 km to the northwest from Joensuu, lake Jyrinjärvi 70 m (0.3 km²), steep slope to the beach (path and stairs), shallow, soft bottom, pier. Access to swimming from the pier, swimming ladder, water depth at the end of the pier is 1.4 m.
Log cabin 2003, living room/kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, on the upper floor bedroom with 2 beds, private WC and TV, loft with spreadable sofa bed. In addition, 2 mattresses. Electric sauna, washroom, terrace, balcony. Wood heated barrel sauna by the lake.
The electric car charging point is included in the price: Finlux Pro EVC-04 22 KWp charging station, charging power 11-13 kWh. The cabin has a solar power plant in addition to the electricity network.
4G wireless modem available for loan from the owner. The meeting facilities are a screen and a flip chart. Child gate at the top and bottom of the stairs. In the yard, sandbox for children.
