Great hotel in the Baixa area. Room had washing machine and refrigerator. Plenty of room. They were very friendly and provided breakfast every day and a bottle of wine for the beginning of our vacation. Highly recommend. Close to trams and metro.

Functional, but a bit of a goofy set-up. Weird kitchenette with a massive microwave taking up the whole counter, leaving a postage stamp area to make coffee etc. The TV kind of floated around instead of being attached to a wall. Staff were extremely helpful, but in the end, it all adds up to just another 3-star hotel

What a lovely place to stay in the centre of Lisbon close to all the shops, restaurants and landmarks. We were welcomed and shown to our room where we learnt of all the fantastic extras and treats that were included like local wine, eggs and milk and fresh bakes delivered daily. The apartment was large, clean, had lots of hot water, a comfy bed with a coffee machine and all the equipment you’d need for self catering. We had a great stay.

The property is very nice and clean and in an area that is close to everything. The hotel staff allowed us early check in and the fridge has daily supplies of fruits, yogurt, cheese, eggs, and staff brought us the bread and pastry de Nata in the morning. There is laundry in the unit, cooking utensil and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.

An enjoyable stay overall at the Grape Harbor Apartments. The room was a good size for our family of 4 with a corner balcony view of the streets which was lovely. King bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed also. Rooms are clean and serviced and restocked everyday. Room also has washer and dryer which is very handy when staying over 5 days. Every morning an assortment of bread rolls, croissant and tarts are hung in a bag on the door outside the room as well as eggs, milk and cheese in the fridge. This really made it easy for us for breakfast as the Grocery store is a bit of a walk away. Apartment is very centrally located and walkable distance (although hilly) to many attractions. A very nice stay here.

Amazing gem of a hotel.
We absolutely loved the grape harbor apartments. It was in a great location, the rooms were very comfortable, the food for breakfast was very fresh and plentiful and the staff was extremely accommodating abd friendly. A big thanks to Alice, Martin, Beatrice and Rodrigo. The only issues for us was that the road was under co structuring and the taxis abd Ubers needed to pick us up a few blocks away. It was nit an issue for us but it was a little challenge for my 82 year old father with mobility issues. However the staff did everything they could to help us with this and we really appreciate the effort they took. We will definitely refer them to our friends when they visit Lisboa.

The host at the front desk was very nice. She helped us a lot with our trip, and she spoke very good English. The area around the hotel had construction, and there was a considerable amount of graffiti around the area. The location was excellent, and we felt safe both day and night. The breakfast that was included was some bread at the door in the morning. They put eggs, fruit, etc in the fridge and we had to make our own breakfast.

Great location but what made this stay so pleasant was the wonderful staff. Extremely friendly and helpful front desk. Cleaning staff wonderful. Assorted rolls delivered every morning to your room. Absolutely fabulous! This property met our needs in spades! Clean, spacious, and quiet! Was close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Communication before arrival was impressive! They even left us a bag of fresh pastries and Lisbon’s signature tarts for breakfast!! Staff stored our luggage until it was time to embark on our cruise the last day. They went above and beyond!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean. They provided fresh breads fruits and items for a basic breakfast daily the property is conveniently located to transportation, lots of dining and other activities. The only downside to our stay was that there was a recent flood in the building, though not their fault, so there was no elevator service. The staff helped with moving luggage between the room and the lobby. There was a mildew smell in the lobby and stairs. There is also major stree work causing street closures. Taxis cannot come to the hotel.
