Spent three nights there. I unfortunately was sick and the staff was very thoughtful and checked on me while I recovered. They even delivered a get well fruit basket. My family went exploring Lisbon while I recovered from chills and a fever. The room service was was a bit slow and the choices limited but once in room very tasty. Breakfast each morning was very good. Overall, very nice and excellent customer care/service. I just wish I wasn’t sick. Oh…they also are great with kids. Let them do a pretend check-in while you really do yours.

The hotel was very clean, modern and located near public transportation, supermarket and grocery stores and walking distance to both nearby restaurants and downtown restaurants and shopping. Front desk and housekeeping staff were amazing. Front desk staff were vey friendly and helpfull in providing information about local attractions and guidance in different areas. They also book tours and provide tickets to local attractions.

The location of the apartment was excellent. It felt safe. Ubers were easy to access . Walkable to most areas . The apartment was nice inside . Lots of closet space , beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Kitchen supplies were available and clean . The one bathroom Has a tub that is dangerous and slippery. Also hard to get into . The rub in the lobby going into the apartment smells terrible. There was also small pieces of shattered glass in our room when we first walked in but the staff was quick to clean it and very apologetic. The elevator was also not working properly.

Excellent hotel. Staff was great and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Big rooms for a European hotel. If I had to be super picky, the night tables are too low relative to the height of the bed. But overall, great experience and would go back again.

Absolutely excellent. We arrived early with a very ill child; they were very kind to ensure she was comfortable and even expedited the cleaning of our room so that it was available 2 hours before check in. On top of the excellent service, the room was very well appointed and spacious. An actual apartment with 2 large bedrooms (with closets!), 2 full bathrooms, a large living room, and full kitchen with small dining table. The only small complaint is the refrigerator did not have a freezer, which I found out after I bought popsicles, but that’s my fault for not checking. Parking is limited and in a very compact garage but not too expensive

It was great having a kitchenette to enjoy breakfast comfortably in the room or having a leisurely glass of wine and tapas in the afternoon. The extra space was comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

When we booked the hotel the pictures & reviews reflected nothing what we experienced. When we arrived the front desk was pleasant but when we got to our room we were terribly disappointed! The main eye sore was the bathroom. The shower was not only dirty but it was moldy. When we called to the front desk to tell them about it we were told that there was only one person at the front desk. The front desk told us that we could go shower in another room and come back to our room. I did not want to do that! He advised that he would bring bleach up as soon as he could which was only mentioned because I asked for it. My husband decided that he would go down and get it. He brought back a tiny amount of bleach with not spray nozzle. My husband was told that there was not any more bleach available nor was there a spray nozzle. I attempted to dab bleach on the molded areas with paper towel, it made a difference but I felt there was no way "I" should be cleaning a shower in the way as a guest! Since there was no way the small amount of bleach on the paper towel would be enough my husband left the hotel 8pm to go get bleach. He returned with a bottle of bleach & Windex. We emptied & cleaned the Windex bottle. "I" sprayed the shower down, we opened our window & waited. While the bleach did not clean it completely WHAT A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE it made! We also ran out of hot water on the first night! The microwave was extremely old, fridge didn't get cold. We will not return to this hotel!

This hotel had a great location on a beautiful street in Lisbon. The room and bathroom were very large . It had a small refrigerator and 2 stove tops. The staff was so helpful , highly recommend staying here .
