Amazing hotel. 5 stars for breakfast, spaciousness and the pool! And the lovely touches like kids pack in the room. Pool could do with cleaning to remove mould but appreciate very tricky with the size. Staff geverally great.

I really enjoyed this place. The rooms overlook the ocean which is rough and wild. They are more than good, but not the superb needed for five stars. The staff was nice, especially Beatriz who welcomed me. Parking is easy and I never saw a 100 m pool before. It is an isolated area with no walk-restaurants and I was not in love with the hotel restaurant for dinner. I lived their breakfast. I would come back happily.

Had a really great time! Loved being right by the beach. Great beach view and local places. Could take ubers to do a bunch of stuff. Breakfast is great. Pool is enormous. Water is a little cold. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property situated in a beautiful area. Only issue is Sintra's weather is hit or miss (not the property's fault). Overall beautiful and the breakfast is good. Onsite restaurant was great too.

While my room was a bit musty smelling, it was very comfortable and had ocean front views and a balcony. The pool was amazing and the free breakfast was very good. I also dined at the restaurant and cafe and both were very good and had ocean views. Great beach location if you’re looking to just relax. There are a few good restaurants nearby.

The children room is without window. I found dark spot on on child’s beadhead (vomit, coffee?) as well as dark spot in the toilet. The front door was dirty (as from pictures) We booked for 5, only got 4 towels, thankfully we had personal ones. The parents’ room had separate beds. Our room was located near a machine (outside the room) which kept working the whole night and did not let us sleep. The children refuse to sleep in their own beds as they were scared by the noise. In addition, the fridge is not closed in a cupboard so it kept doing noises the whole night. The ventilation in the bathroom brought in bas smells. The whole room was outdates, very motel style, not at all a 4 stars standards. The dinner as well the breakfast was average, breakfast products quite industrial. We raised the complaints to the management the very next morning after our first night as we realised most of the issue after 10pm. we asked for a partial reimboursement (3 nights over 5) but the manager refused. we decided to leave the hotel in any case as the hotel was horrible
