This was a truly fabulous hotel right in the middle of everything you could need from Lisbon. The staff were amazing and we particularly loved the pianist each night between 7:00 and 8:00. Top class service all round.

Old style luxury with outstanding service from all the staff who want to make your stay the best it can be,from when you arrive until you leave. Central for all areas of Lisbon the metro,the trains to Sintra,tourist buses all on your doorstep along with some excellent eateries The rooms have everything you need and breakfast is a must with lots of offer for all tastes Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if in Lisbon

Truly a palace!

Historic hotel in an excellent location for exploring other nearby neighborhoods. Stunning lobby and elegant quest sitting areas. Breakfast buffet in plush surroundings was included in stay and featured a large selection of choices. Staff was beyond friendly and attentive. Our flight got in very early in the morning and they even offered us a complementary breakfast while we were waiting for our room to be ready. Would highly recommend.
