Good location, accessible to attractions and tour meeting points. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good lobby, restaurant and happy hour. Reasonable prices Welcome drink a nice touch and yummy! Room a bit small. No room for luggage. No rack for luggage. Good supply of tea but no sweetener (only sugar) or creamer. No refrigerator, which is difficult if staying 4-5 days.

Brown's boutique hotel was excellent. We stayed for six nights. The staff was very friendly and professional Especially, one of the ladies working the front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get her name). There are perhaps a few things guests could be made aware of when arriving: ask for a card to keep in the power slot, instead of using the key. If you use the key and need to open the deadbolt, the power to the whole room cuts off, they will give you a new water bottle when your first one runs out. Just bring the empty bottle to the reception. The room are individually decorated and seem to vary quite a bit in size and comfort. The hotel is centrally located and we walked everywhere. Breakfast was good and the price appropriate. Restaurant staff were fantastic! I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay there if I go back to Lisbon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Browns Boutique Hotel. The service was excellent. Everyone was polite and helpful. Our room was beautiful and spacious. And they have a delicious breakfast buffet with many option.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of the city. Lots of dining options, fun & lively area. Staff were very accommodating. Our room was beautiful, the only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom shower temperature. It’s was hard to manage. Other than that, we enjoyed this hotel, perfect to stay if you’re a first timer in Lisbon.

Fantastic experience!
This hotel is very special. I stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about it. The staff were fabulous. So helpful and accommodating. The lobby is an art deco beauty and the rooms were comfortable,spotless and modern. Great central location. Highly recommend this gem!

Great hotel in a good location
This is a great hotel in the centre of Lisbon. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel lobby bar is nice and comfortable. We did not take the option of breakfast included but we did eat breakfast at the hotel twice. The breakfast is good. Would definitely stay here again when back in Lisbon. There is a small elevator to get luggage to and from the room.

The room was very small with the sink at the foot of the bed. The toilet “stall” was so small your knees hit the door, no closet and no where to put your suit case. The lobby and restaurant were wonderful.
