We had a lovely stay at Dom Pedro Lisboa, the staff were helpful and friendly. There was a very good selection at Breakfast. The Spa facilities were very good and my daughter absolutely loved her hot stone massage at the spa.

What a European 5-Star Hotel Should be Like

Outstanding Hospitality. WOW WOW WOW.
There are not enough good things I can say about this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such hospitality, I automatically set the standard for my other hotels while in Portugal. The hotel gave us complimentary room service when we arrived, with wine and Nata's. They even gave me a had written note which shows the service going above and beyond for guests. After flying for almost 12 hours this was the sincerest thing me and my family received during the first day. I even had an issue with my bank card at the nearby bank and the receptionist was so helpful and provided to us international numbers for us to call to banks given the time difference to help us when we were in need. We had complimentary robes and slippers, along with small chocolates the housekeepers would leave when they came to clean the room. Outstanding service and hospitality. I would stay here again and recommend it to family who visit Lisbon. 10 out of 10.

Some of the staff does not understand English and simple request like shampoo or soft-boiled eggs become impossible to obtain. Elder staff is much better and able. Il Gattopardo is an excellent restaurant.
