The property was entirely misleading. The photos have not been updated in years. The walls were significantly gouged and stained. The bathroom shower frame was broken with dangerous exposed edges. The entire unit smelled of mold. The bed was stained. And the mattress was severely worn out and consisted of two doubles pushed together. As well there were cockroaches throughout. Every light switch and door frame was absolutely filthy. The staff was helpful but seemed unaware of the level of filth present in the unit. I would strongly recommend not ever booking this unit. I have photos of all the issues, including the cockroaches.

Wonderful summer city location
Comfortable appartment for family of 4 with AC and kitchenette. The apartments are close to Praca das Flores, a small park/square with restaurants and a kiosk and a wonderful place to have a pre dinner drink. Other than that it is agreat place to start exploring the city either on foot or by public transit

Flores is in a great, quiet part of Lisbon, but on a beautiful neighborhood square with drinks and food all around, and a great crowd at night. Weve stayed there twice and will probably stay again.

Wouldn’t stay again, disappointing.
Generally very disappointed with this stay. The room was tired, mould in the shower, dust on the furniture, a damp smell, balcony couldn’t even be stood on, the room was much smaller than suggested in photos, housekeeping only came once out of the 4 nights we stayed, no water offered when arrived, fridge was broken inside so couldn’t stand bottles up in the door, air conditioning fan was broken, no lock on the door to the room so had to lock ourselves in every night with the key, no where to hang up our clothes only a ludicrous amount of drawers, towels smelt damp… just so disappointing. The location is great though.

Loved this beautiful spot in a great neighborhood with good restaurants and easily accessible to everything. The room was clean and large and had a fridge and coffee and the front desk people are so kind and helpful.

Lovely comfy room in amongst a couple of restaurants. Shame the shower door leaked making bathroom floor wet ,and being festival month it could get quite noisy but staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful and would definitely recommend a stay 😊

Nice location
The staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, surrounded by a lot of nice restaurants, coffee shops etc. The issue we had is that we had the ground floor room and it sounded like elephants were staying in the rooms above us. Thankfully the guests were quite between midnight at 6am, but it was surprising how loud it was. Our kids slept on the foldout sofa bed in the living area and the sheets weren't big enough to cover the bed and the casters of the bed didn't lock so it kept coming apart. In addition because we were on the ground floor - when you walk outside you are about 2 feet from the street. The majority of people in Portugal like to smoke on their doorsteps, and the smoke came in to this area as if someone was smoking in the room.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was just a few doors down from reception. The beds were comfortable, though after all our walking we probably would have slept anywhere! The street was nice and quiet.

We have a good stay and staff is great and kind. The neighborhood is amazing with lots of cute cafes and restaurants nearby. However, our room absolutely stank like a mix of swage and mold. That’s the only bad thing about the place. We stayed on the 3rd floor so not sure if the other rooms have the same problem. We understand it is an old building, but there are ways to improve there with air purifiers and what not. Overall, good stay mainly because of the area.

Overall the place was ok, you get what you pay for so I was satisfied with the room and the unit. However, 3rd floor with no prior indication of the steps and a large suitcase to carry back down was a bit much for me. Thank God the nice young man at reception carried it up. Walking up the steps is fine jus not 3 flights and 50lbs. Location is good.

The staff were nice and helpful, but my single room had a vey small bathroom. It wasn't easy to take a shower in the tiny shower stall; and I only weight 100lb. The toilet was almost too close to the wall.
