Staff were very friendly and accommodating when checking in and out. Air conditioning could have been colder and was leaking all down the wall and created a pool of water on the floor. Other than that was very nice

Great Location, clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great, near the metro and close to attractions. Sometimes the AC was a little slow to work. Would be nice to have more than one plug, but we used the one in the bathroom as well. Very comfortable beds!

Not very new amenities and not as comfortable as other hotels we experienced in the same price range. The room air conditioning did not work perfectly and room was warm most of the times. It was around 10-15 minutes from hotel to city centre with public transit (only one bus) and train station for Sintra was 5 minutes walk. Another plus was distance to airport (12 minutes with uber).

Nice hotel and staff. The hotel is the middle point from Lisbon and from the airport. Everything is within 10-15min driving. Very comfortable rooms!

Basic hotel
Very old and dark outdated hotel with a cold atmosphere also no roof terrace like advertised when booking. Unfriendly staff , no real bar , no back ground music This is not a 4 star hotel or anything close to it

Hotel comodo cerca del aereopuerto y del distrito comercial de Lisboa ( no del hostorico). Muchos restaurants cerca del area. Recomiendo el que esta justo al lado, o si prefiere una vista mas agradable, a unas cuadra en la palza de toros (campo pequeno) hay 2-3 restauntrantsmuy bonitos y nada caras con unas terrazas bellas. Comfortable hotel near the airport and the commercial district of Lisbon (not the hostorico). Many restaurants near the area. I recommend the one right next door, or if you prefer a more pleasant view, a few blocks away in the bullring (small field) there are 2-3 very nice and not expensive restaurants with beautiful terraces.

They asked us to come at a particular time for check-in and then made us wait for 2 hours with a kid before releasing the room. The room was ok but I could hear every time someone on the floor above used the restroom. Staff at the reception wasn't courteous at all.
