The staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean and nice. The breakfast was excellent offering a variety of hot and cold foods, pastries and drinks. The hotel is located in a safe and quiet place near metro and walkable to all tourist areas. Highly recommended and would use again if traveling to Lisbon.

Great hotel!!
This was a GREAT hotel! It was very, very clean. Very modern and everything looks new and perfect. Our room (601) was very clean and modern. My family and I stayed for 4 nights. The staff are all amazing-- from the day and night front desk staff, the breakfast staff, the bar, and the housekeeping, they were all very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff took their time to answer questions and show us on maps how to get to various places. Honestly they werre very helpful. The area of the hotel is very clean and safe, which is important if you are taking the metro back to the hotel in the evening. The metro is less than a 5 min walk, and there is a grocery store across from it, which is also convenient. I would definitely stay here again, and I recommend it to anyone who's visiting Lisbon.

Shower pressure disappointing (very low)
Shower had very low pressure. Having a nice comfortable shower is super important- with great AC amazing bed and pillows the disappointing shower made like a 30 percent negative impact.

Great location. Access to metro just across the street. If you like shopping there’s a mall within a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was included with a wide variety and very tasty selection of food.

Excellent hotel in a handy area for the Metro to the airport, with the best dining options and bars around it. Fantastic helpfull and friendly staff. The only reason I rate it four out of five instead of five is the rooms while nice seemed to be settled to a standard of accomadation rather than trying to offer more. Great place though for a stopover in Lisbon, just use the metro to the Airport and back and the district it is in is great for dining.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. One night too many. They advertise having parking available, only to tell you that you can’t park there if your car ‘is too big’ keep in mind this is Europe. Cars are not big. The staff at the reception spoke good English but was not friendly nor welcoming. The elevators are small and the hallways have a strong tobacco smell. The breakfast was average, with terrible coffee. Decent place, definitely NOT 4 star hotel.

This is a small, modern, boutique hotel in the South of the city. It's smartly designed with a small bar and lobby on the ground floor with excellent staff. The rooms are compact but superbly designed with dark wood panelling and cool cream walls. The breakfast is excellent and the overall service of a very high standard. It feels new as there are none of the scuffs and marks you see in older, more tired hotels. The San Sebastio metro is directly opposite and this connects to the Azul line that takes you both into the city centre and the airport. Just buy a metro card and then top this up every few days. A great hotel and I would stay here again.
