This hotel is very new. Everything is as you would expect from Ibis - functional and well appointed but not an excess of space in rooms even superior rooms. Staff amazing - so helpful and many speak good English esp Joana. They were so helpful with leaving luggage etc. Restaurant is a work in progress but staff very helpful and pleasant. When I stayed 100 passengers from a grounded plane arrived unexpectedly and the kitchen and restaurant dealt with them all very efficiently given the circumstances. Front of house (Fernandoa?) was exceptional in ensuring all guests fed and watered with a fairly new team of staff. Food not exceptional but very pleasant and the circumstances made this an exceptional evening! Breakfast fabulous. I hope to stay again later this week. Only downside is location - very close to airport but in an industrial estate! Not all taxi drivers know location yet!

We needed a place to stay near the airport due to a cancelled flight. The room was very comfortable for the few hours we were there. Shuttle at 4AM was prompt and helpful. Service in the hotel restaurant was terrible, but the food was good.

We picked this hotel because it was near the airport for our flight back home. The hotel is modern, with a restaurant located inside - this is excellent because there are many restaurants around the hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, modern and quiet. The bathroom is also well-appointed and the rain shower is a nice treat! The restaurant has good food for breakfast and dinner so give it a try if you're there in the evening.
