This is hospitality at its finest. We travel to Lisbon quite often and the Lumen Hotel was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The beds are huge, the room is spacious and the whole space is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to keep you happy. The whole vibe is just amazing. Shame about the building works in the street but it's not really something they can control. It's walkable distance to Picoas and Saldanha subway stations, it's super quiet and safe at night, and it's got amazing bakeries nearby. Ask the staff for recommendations! We will definitely come back :D

The lumen hotel is a lovely hotel and great location. The staff at this hotel are lovely and helpful when required. I will definitely be back. Breakfast buffet and bar/bar restaurant definitely great here

Lovely spacious hotel. Great bar and excellent breakfast facilities. Pool and rooftop bar with great views across the city. Excellent staff from, reception, breakfast, bar, pool bar and concierge. Nice hotel and good staff. Roof top pool and parking very welcome. Did just seem to be missing some basics such as as towel rails in the bathroom which was a bit odd.
