Friendly and helpful staff. Bedrooms and bathrooms were surface clean but had grime in the corners. Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. The pool was lovely but very few loungers so always a queue to find a lounger. The breakfast buffet was great and I was pleased to see individually wrapped gluten free rolls, however after eating half of one I realised it was mouldy - it is unacceptable to serve mouldy bread to customers and felt sick having eaten mouldy bread.

Excellent location and friendly staff
Room was lovely - roof top pool and bar were great - staff were friendly and very accommodating- excellent location - my only issue (not really a complaint) was that although the bed was incredibly comfortable the pillows were lumpy and that was all 6 in my twin room - time to replace I think but otherwise loved my room with balcony

Front desk should have been friendlier and more helpful. A map and clear directions would have been appreciated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding ! Carpets are dirty and should be replaced in hallways. Interesting shower set up water leaks o to the floors.
