I am booking again for January
Friendly & helpful staff. Location was perfect. I walked everywhere, even though the bus & tram goes immediately past the hotel front door. Room was small, but comfortable. Inside shutters were great for blocking light. In-room safe is small. Great for passport & cash. Comfortable bed. No coffee maker, but coffee shop less than 1 block.

This is a lovely hotel with friendly staff, nice decor and excellent breakfast. But the noise from nearby Pink Street is horrendous. Loud music until 5:00 am did not make a restful stay. We kept the windows shut and the music still blasted through. This would be horrific in summer if it was hit and you wanted some fresh air.

The hotel staff were truly, very accommodating. I booked a cheaper room on the Pink Street side of the hotel and found it really loud overnight and was willing to cancel and not get a refund. However, the staff instead gave us an upgraded room for no extra charge and moved our bags for us so we could go out and see Lisboa. I am very grateful they accommodated me when they didn't have to. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and the elevators are very nice!

The rooms were outdated with very very uncomfortable beds that collapsed in the middle. Very noisy. Very few lights in the room, ceilings were extremely low and for reference I am 5’5. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here

Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Staff were also excellent and very helpful every time we interacted. The room was very spacious and the wet room was great. A little bit noisy from the night clubs and bars in the streets nearby but, with the windows closed it was not too intrusive, maybe more of an issue in the summer months. We did book a room with a river view and paid more for this however, the river could only be viewed if you leaned out of the window. We would happily go back to the hotel as staff and room made up for the few short comings. Lots to see around, plenty of options for food and shopping and close to buses, trains, trams and the Metro.

Only issue is the close proximity to "Pink Street". We were lucky as our room faced an alley so we only heard some mild bass music...similar to white noise. Party seems to go on until 6 am. Otherwise, this hotel was fabulous!!!!!!!

LX Boutique Hotel is well situated near Cais do Sodré and all public transportation. It is a small property with wonderful staff. The room itself was a bit cramped (no closet or room to keep luggage open for easy access) but the bathroom was recently upgraded and very functional. They served Port wine and pasteis de Nata for guests each afternoon (yum!) Time Out Market was a short walk away as were many other restaurants and cafés.

Great room and beautiful hotel, but as soon as you come out of hotel the smell of urine hits you. I would expect the hotel to care enough to clean the property around them, even if not theirs because it's about them making a good impression on their guests. Beware of the noise coming from pink street. Also, dropping off of bags is extremely difficult, if you have to make more than one trip to the car.
