This was an incredible hotel due to the fact that everyone working there went above and beyond.. From the front desk to everyone working in the one of a kind cabaret bar (great bartender and servers) to the cleaning staff they were beyond welcoming! The location was excellent as it was not in the middle of the tourist traffic. I also highly recommend eating in the restaurant. The breakfast was everything you could ask for and the dinners were as good as any top restaurant. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Our first interaction with Lisbon was something spectacular. The Maxime Hotel is a big piece of what made this trip great. They were not only completely prepared to handle our large group, but they provided places to go throughout the city that were catered to our preferences. The staff was exceptional! We were greeted and supported above and beyond daily. I would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to experience Lisbon in a centralized and safe space. I cant wait until I get to go back and visit this location again.

Great hotel with great staff
Staff are exceptional on reception and great information when we checked in. Housekeeping staff were lovely too. Room was very good and very comfortable. Only downside was on a very hot day we wanted a drink from the bar but it was in the afternoon and bar wasn’t open. Only wanted two cans of Coca Cola to take to room but couldn’t be served.

Amazing Experience at Maxime
My stay at Maxime was absolutely amazing Staff are very nice professionals and courteous. The place is beautiful, clean and in the city center near everything . Staff go and beyond Best place to stay in Portugal better thsn the 5 stars hotel. No waiting they checked me In even way before 3pm . Great , Fabulous place highly recommended Loved it
