GREAT Location
We had 3 nights here. Great location for us - lots of activities & restaurants nearby. The hotel clicked the boxes in terms of cleanliness, comfort, customer service, and eye appeal. One heads up for us snooty Americans - rooms are small... Worked for us but then again we sleep in our vehicle or tents often - what do we know. LOL

The rooms were small but comfortable and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and provided easy walking access to town. I absolutely would stay there again.

Location was in the heart of Lisbon, very walkable location right on the square. Hotel was a delight to stay at, breakfast was very generous

Great location, walking distance to many attractions, did not use but super convenient to public transportation, awesome staff both cleaning and front desk. Great cappuccino at breakfast the rest probably not worth it. Tons of mosquitoes in a room staff offered the spray and changing the room (refused both). Room is small but suffice, great shower. 3 homeless people living across the road in front of the hotel while harmless but off putting. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Lisbon.

Great location next to Rossio Square! No security in the building; didn’t need to swipe up the elevator, no deadbolt in the room, doors open late into the night, and the hotel is on a back alley with a homeless shelter.

Fantastic helpful staff. Quiet, beautifully maintained hotel in great location. Warm welcome on arrival with a complementary glass of port and local custard tart. We arrived 4 hours early for checkin, but were still able to be given our 3 rooms. On my daughter’s birthday a complementary chocolate cake and plates were in her room. Breakfast buffet great selection, on our final morning, an early start, boxes made to go were ready for us.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was quick to handle the couple of minor issues we had during the trip and were helpful in our hunt for things to do. There is however a sketchy corner near the hotel, but the staff does an excellent job keeping the facility secure and safe! We look forward to visiting again sometime soon!

Overall a nice stay
The location is central to everything we wanted to see in Lisbon and the staff were extremely helpful and nice! Very good for the price. A few things to note: The alley way/street that the hotel entrance is on felt a bit run down. Lots of stores out of business and a homeless encampment across the way. The room was very clean but very small with thin walls. Any time someone in a neighboring hotel room moved in their bed, we could feel it through the wall while we were sleeping in our own bed. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning was amazing - worked great in our room!
