This hotel was recommended to me by a family member and I was very disappointed. I was there for only one night since I had a layover in Lisbon. The hotel was honestly a bit out dated and what I woke up to proved it. I was hoping to sleep in but instead I was woken up by my boyfriend almost slipping on a puddle of water right in-front of the bathroom. Turns out the ceiling was slowly dripping/leaking while we were sleeping and it created a puddle right outside our bathroom. We then went to let the receptionist know and all we got was an I’m sorry we’ll take a look at it . It just amazed me, thankfully he caught himself before he really hurt himself. The one thing I won’t complain about is the one gentleman that checked us in, he was extremely nice and super helpful.

This is an airport hotel, less than ten minutes by car from Lisbon Airport so, despite being well insulated, there is some noise. You would stay here if you have a plane to catch, not to capture the essence of Lisbon. But the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the metro.

An enjoyable and relaxing 3 days in Lisbon.
Hotel was in an ideal location for the airport and metro link into the city / water front. The nearest shop (I could find) was a 10 minute walk away at the Sporting football stadium. The room allocated was on the first floor (I had requested a high floor) but there was no traffic noise. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good as was the breakfasts with a wide selection. I used the hotel gym and it was reasonably well equipped but not air conditioned. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would stay at the hotel again if staying in Lisbon.
