Convenient for walking to main tourist attractions and metro/train stations. Construction on the building next to it covered up the window so it was a very dark room. It was cute and adequate, but smell of sewage in entryway was unpleasant. The hotel staff are very friendly and offer portuguese pasteries and port wine upon arrival, as well as restaurant and tourism recommendations.

Nice and convenient
Very convenient location. Small hotel. Not a lot of amenities but that isn't why you stay here. Could walk everywhere. We asked for 2 single beds as we were friends travelling together. Unfortunately, they couldn't give us one with 2 beds so we squeezed into a Queen bed together. Not optimal.

We loved our room, the location of the hotel (walking distrance to everything we wanted to see), the breakfast and especially the staff. There was an employee whose name I wish I remembered. He was extremely helpful, especially when I left my phone in a local restaurant. He was also very friendly and made a wonderful impression on us.

The Rossio Plaza Hotel was clean and really conveniently place to walkable distance to many attractions. The offer a breakfast with lots of choices in pastries, fruits , yogurt and eggs and more. Great place to stay for the price. I would go back !

The hotel staff provided exceptional and very genuine service. They were very welcoming and helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient to the Metro, the waterfront, shopping and lots of good pastry shops. I would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again.

This property was in a perfect location, the Hotel was lovely. I didn’t really rate the breakfast or the attention of the staff working breakfast who were not attentive at all. We had to keep taking our own plates to them to clear them off our table and keep taking our rubbish to them. There was only us and another couple in there so could not say it was because they were busy. needless to say we only had BFAST that one day. It is walkable to all the spots that show on the Hop on Hop off bus, and smack bang in the City Centre. It is also across the road from Elevador De Santa Justa. The reception staff were all a perfect 10, with stand outs being Daniel and I feel like I want to say Reginald (Brazilian Guy) sorry think his name is incorrect but were amazing and very attentive to anything we needed including helping us book our train tickets to Porto and printing for us. I would def stay at this place again.

The room we stayed in was clean and quite nice and comfortable. The check in and out process was challenging with the small space in the lobby. We did not stay in the building where the lobby was but in a building just down the street and the odour in the entrance and stairwells smelled like sewer. The hotel tried to cover with a scent but not successfully. The warmer it was, the worse the odour.

Decent property with new but small rooms. Small building due to its location being in city. Front desk staff were hospitable and friendly. One welcome drink option was a small glass of tawny Porto. The rooms are small but adequate. I had a window facing another building with a few feet between its windows and the hotel's. The bathroom was okay in size but I did bump the shower walls when using it. The air conditioning unit was tricky - it seemed to run continuously through the night instead of turning off automatically when it reached the set temperature. Seemed to be ok my second night after some adjustments. Between the temperature issues and the room size/window, it seemed to me the cost of the hotel exceeded the quality of the space I was assigned. Breakfast is buffet-styke with a good range. Staff took my drink order upon arrival and brought it promptly while I sat down to my meal. Though several guests came in while I was dining, it did not fill up completely while I was there. Location was great - in the heart of the city walkable to many areas. The streets were busy during the daytime until late evening. The streets outside my hotel emptied quickly later at night.

Remember, this is a great little hotel in the downtown area of Lisbon. Knowing that, one must be prepared to deal with lots of tourists lots of traffic and Little or no parking. When the hotel says that parking is available, remember parking is very expensive and all parking is paid in the downtown area. We saw parking for overnight to be up to $400. We left the car at the airport and took an Uber to the hotel, which is highly recommended. While there is an elevator on, must remember that one board the elevator on the second floor.
