This was a ver nice new hotel, converted from an art school. A walk uphill is required to board an overcrowded tram in an extremely hot, humid and busy Old Town Lisbon. My only complaint would be that when we needed a cab , a staff member, possibly the manager,

Great small hotel in an interesting part of town. 15 minute walk to the plaza de Commerce. Alfama is a great location full of great restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

This hotel was exceptional!! First off the rooms were so clean and I was given treats and a welcome drink in my room on arrival. ❤️ The service from all employees was the best I’ve EVER had at a hotel. The included breakfast had many choices and the food was wonderful! This hotel even found out I couldn’t make breakfast because of an early tour one morning so they packed me a breakfast and a coffee to take with me. I Loved this hotel!

Good location and breakfast
We stayed here one night. It is a great location. The staff are extremely welcoming and kind. They took us up to our room and made sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was included and was great! Had cold food as well as a menu that you could order from including eggs, pancakes, and crepes. Location was very good and we were able to walk to many places. It is quite hilly around here, so something to be aware of. Overall, great experience and would stay again.

Simply Amazing
Fab place to stay. Beautiful hotel, great location, very happy, helpful and welcoming staff. Great breakfast included. Very comply beds and pillows. Overall fab stay and service. Highly recommend. I as 28 weeks pregnant and needed extra pillows, they were already in our room waiting. Lots of help and extra assistance where needed too.

Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Whilst the area is very interesting it is not recommended for those with vision problems or mobility issues. The area is very hilly with uneven cobblestones, There are no handrails.
