This was a great location, an apartment right by Pink Street. It was clean and roomy. Communication was good. The futon they provide as a third bed is not very comfortable, but they did try to improve it by placing another beneath it. They were very prompt about bringing pillows and toilet paper when requested. I’d suggest a mirror or two outside of the bathroom. Overall, a good place to stay.

Nice spacious room close to the old Lisbon. Lots of options for dining and entertainment but maybe a little noisy for us older, late 50s traveller ;-) The partying in the area usually last until very late in the morning and was quite noisy most of the 3 nights we were there. They do supply you with earplugs in the room that's probably why ! Probably not an issue for a younger traveller. Great staff there who took good care of us and were there to help any time we needed. Would certainly still recommend. Thanks again Cais Urban Lodge!

In the middle of the action. The Pink Street nightlife area is a block away, though the windows are well-insulated noise-wise. Keep in mind this is not a hotel. There is no front desk, and instead they have someone waiting to greet you if you show up between 3 and 6pm. The room is very modern, well-maintained, and spacious. Internet worked well.

This hotel is very central in its location. It is a short walk from Cais Do Sodre station, which gives us easy access to the beaches and the airport by public transit. Many of the main tourist attractions and great restaurant options were walkable. There are grocery stores nearby that allow us to grab snacks and drinks. We appreciated the kitchenette for our family needs. The staff was great, they checked in with us regularly & were always prompt to respond to our needs. The double-panel glass did a great job of minimizing noise from Pink Street. However, the loud thumping sounds from the bar below were hard to ignore on some nights. The lodge does provide earplugs which were much appreciated. Most nights, we were so exhausted from exploring during the day that falling asleep was a non-issue for us.
