Staff was wonderful but room wasn’t
The staff was wonderful but unfortunately the room wasn’t so great. They need to upgrade the rooms especially the bathroom. They didn’t have any towels and I had to go get some from front desk because the phone line not wasn’t working. The shower the drain was clogged and the shower was like a swimming pool. It was also dirty. Where the shampoo, body wash were at it looked like it was hanging and it must of fail off and they just left it on the side. It’s dangerous because it still had the metal attached around it and it could fall off and cut you.

Worn and needs to be renovated
This is a hotel that definitely needs to be renovated. It is old and stale. For example the shower did not work properly. The desk chair was very worn. There are three other hotels right next to this one, they all looked much better even though two were built at the same time as this one.

Motel is in a good location. For the most part kept up well but for example shower curtain rod needs to be remounted. It looks like maids pull down to detach and thus curtain only hangs on half of it. Breakfast was good except pancake maker was broken which kids love and for some reason they only had spoons for breakfast. Manager should have thought outside the box and driven the two miles to walmart and picked up forks and knives rarher than just leaving employees to say we are waiting on a truck.

This place need to be remodeled
Its run down and ghetto. Management was wearing long white tshirts and jean knee shorts with jordans as shoes. Noone was dressing in business attire. The hallways was freaking hot! Tubs dirty. Internet wifi not even operable and then dudnt want to conpensate just bc i booked through hotels.com so im going to start bioking through hotel dorectly so i can get a free night stay when stuff like this happens. Breakfast was even cold and dribk dispenser broken (door wont close).

This was my third stay at this Holiday Inn, this time was not as good as before. When we came into the room, we found bugs in the bathroom. I notified the front desk and showed a picture to the staff. Then after returning from a long day away. We returned to our room and found that our room had not be serviced. I had to go to front desk for fresh towels, then the next morning getting down to breakfast between the time for breakfast, there was no breakfast. This was not a good stay. On my next trip I may have to look elsewhere for lodging.

First the pool was not working. You could push my room door opened without even using the key. I told front desk that morning, came back to my room room later that evening and it had not even been told to the maintenance. Her finally came up and told me they have someone coming out to look at the doors but so i had to do was just lift the door handle up and it may click. They didn’t work. Also they do not give complimentary water in rooms. And the pancake machine was not working.

It was a Good Stay
My family and I stayed in the Suite, that consisted of 2 queen beds and a double pull-out. It was pretty good. There were two exceptions - the curtains were torn and my mom wasn't able to close them to keep the morning sunshine from coming in, and the bathtub wasn't clean when we arrived. However, it was checkout and the cleaning ladies was conveniently cleaning the room across from ours so she came in and cleaned it for us. They have a maintenance man that I was forever seeing either cleaning or fixing something. He was a very hard working young man.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was just a smidge smaller than a more expensive motel. Big differences were in breakfast: less service space and toilet paper: very thin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Laundry equipment was a nice idea, but took too much time.
