Gorgeous newly renovated, beautifully decorated 3 bdrm condo. This is a 2nd floor condo. 1300 sq ft featuring a spacious kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings.
This is your pristinely kept and comfortable home away from home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with dinnerware and glassware and plenty of room for entertaining.

Relax and retreat in this gorgeous setting with a screened in deck. Each bedroom is nicely equipped with your own TV, charging stations and ceiling fans. A full-sized washer and dryer in the unit with linens and towels.

Enjoy this lovely safe quiet community with a shared pool and plenty of lounge chairs. There is a covered seating area with picnic tables, shared grills to enjoy a BBQ.

The Village at the Glenns in Little River is near many great restaurants, pizzerias and waterfront bars and dining. Come enjoy the many beaches in the area! If you're a golfer this is your paradise with many golf courses within a short radius. The choices are unlimited and yours to enjoy!

The Perfect Place
Let's start off with the communication. Lori and Dave were very responsive and made sure to answer all of my inquiries. Now the condo. It was very spacious and it looked even better than the pics. Super quiet and safe neighborhood. I appreciate all the different kitchen appliances because I like to cook even out of town. Would definitely book again in the future.

Pretty much perfect!
This property was exactly what we needed during our stay in North Myrtle Beach. Everything about our time there was effortless due to the owner’s attention to detail. After spending a long day at the beach, returning to this property almost felt like walking into my own home. It was comforting, inviting, and incredibly well maintained. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful and Clean Condo
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. I was immediately impressed with how clean everything was when we arrived. It was spacious and very comfortable for my family of 6. The hosts provided many items that were complementary including chargers, a fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, and toiletries. They even welcomed us with chocolate, wine and bottled water! I would definitely recommend this quiet, beautiful condo... It is one of the best places we've stayed in! Thank you!!! :)

A wonderful place to stay just like home. Couldn’t have stay in a better place .
Would tell anyone look for a place to stay here. Neighbor was quite place and easy to get to anything in the area. This was a very easy process to rent and the owner was very nice to answer all my questions.

Well appointed and quiet neighborhood.
We very much enjoyed our stay here and will be back again. The unit was recently renovated, and everything was in wonderful condition. The beds were very comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. The property manager offered some very nice touches, such as the chocolates which we all enjoyed. They were very responsive and easy to deal with. If you don’t mind driving to go places, this is a good spot for you. The location gave us the opportunity to explore little river and calabash. And we could still go to our usual places in Cherry Grove in north myrtle.

Our experience was very MEMORABLE!! The property is very well kept, clean, and quiet. We are Lafies of various cultures and locations (of residence) yet this property was sufficient and welcoming to us all. LOVED IT!!
