The room was to be refreshed everyday but it was the third day and only after we requested it. The room was extremely noisy and it was maintenance almost 24/7 loud sounds like a vacuum sound. Occasionally it was off but at night it turned off and on. This was room 126. The lady who works days at the front desk has an attitude lacking customer service skills.

Besides the MGM in Vegas this is the best hotel ever especially if you are traveling with children. Very clean and the rooms was very spacious.

We like the property but HATE that this is the ONLY Embassy Suites we stay at that limit you to two drinks at the managers reception. After traveling all day with three children parents should be allowed to have more than two complimentary drinks. The one in Ridgeland MS has a MUCH better reception.

There have been better days
The stay was decent. And that’s only because I’ve always stayed at embassy so I know what it used to be like. The breakfast used to be worth paying the price for each night but honestly the breakfast went down hill years ago.

The room was comfortable. You could heard the people down in the main lobby after 10pm and later. The windows to look outside were clouded over. Doesnt look like outside windows have been washed in a long time.
