Very friendly and personal front desk people. However, thats where the quality ends. NEVER emptied my trash! (I had to take it to the main trash bin. MULTIPLE times) NEVER made up my bed! When I asked, I was told "IF there items on the bed, they will NOT touch it! (I took pictures to PROVE there wasn't ANYTHING on the bed! Or NEAR the bed!!!) ONLY replaced the face wash clothes!!! But LEFT the used towels on the floor!!! The air-conditioning needs to be CLEANED!!! Not pleased for the price!!!

Customer service was awesome! Love you guys breakfast, but no 2%milk/ I didn't ask, it was a very morning. my son still drink the 1% with cereal anyway. We enjoyed our stayed very much. Keep up the good work. I will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be convenient to everything. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is spotlessly clean with nicely planned furnishings and comfortable beds. Strong internet signal, Large TV and easy to hook up our Roku to the TV. Clean laundry facilities and clean gym. Good breakfast buffet. They had coffee available in the evening so we didn’t miss our nightly cup of coffee. I would be happy to stay here again.

My caught and I stayed here and it was very clean and seemed safe. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The ladies at the front desk were super nice as was the breakfast attendant. Would stay here again if we were in the area.

Rms a bit noisy on the freeway side. The shower door did not fully close to keep water in. Otherwise, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean. Furnishings like the couch was just a bit dated and would recommend the hotel change these out. This is the reason for my 4 star review.
