Escape to this charming two-bedroom Victorian Cottage, only three minutes from the award-winning Littlehampton seafront.
You'll have a private entrance onto a plant-filled courtyard dining area. There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with room for meals together. The lounge is perfect for cosy nights, with comfortable double bedrooms for a good night's sleep.
Enjoy local water sports and great restaurants, or stroll to the train to explore Sussex, with direct links to Brighton and Chichester.
The space
Flint Cottage was originally built in 1885. Since moving to Littlehampton, we've tried to make it a lovely space for our friends, family, and Airbnb guests. We hope you have a great stay!
There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms have blackout curtains and storage for your clothes. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower and work desk. In the living room, you'll find board games, a TV with chrome-cast and a PlayStation. For larger groups, a ClicClac sofa in the living room folds out to become a bed.
We've stocked the generous kitchen with all the cookware you need to make a feast, and there is a fold-out table if you want to eat together. We like to keep our guests stocked with the basics of tea, coffee, cereal and milk.
You'll be completely separate from our cats and us, but we will be available to contact for anything you may need.
We are looking forward to welcoming you!
Guest access
The Cottage is self-contained with a private entrance and courtyard.
Other things to note
The stairs are steeper than modern staircases, built with the Cottage in the 1800s. Those with mobility issues may want to bear this in mind before booking.
The Cottage accommodates five people with two double beds, one single and one double sofa bed.
Only the master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower. There is a small lavatory downstairs off the lounge.
Both of us drive to work and always find parking outside the house. When it is a beautiful sunny bank holiday, parking can be tighter, but most roads surrounding us are free to use.
