A wonderful hotel with excellent staff. Nothing was too much trouble. A reasonable price in a marvellous location and the choice of convenient secure parking. Breakfast was brilliant !

Got to the hotel and room wasn’t ready so went out for some drinks. On our return it still was not ready so we were upgraded to a beautiful suite, we were there for my birthday so it was extra special

Friendly staff. Rooms clean but looking tired. Breakfast adequate, sad fruit options but plenty of English breakfast fare. Eccentric lifts. Mouldy caulking in shower. Fine for a couple of nights. Empty building next door and building work on theatre complex. All a bit sad.

Hotel was lovely but the fan in the Bathroom in our room was not working. I did report it on the Friday afternoon after check-in but it was not fixed. Not a big issue but everything in the Bathroom was covered in condensation when we had a shower.
