The room had A LOT of USB and power outlets, they already had the pull-out made for my daughter upon arrival. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good. It is not close to the city center, but you can walk to a bus stop or call an Uber. They have a lift available for the higher floors.

~Did what it needed to do but, our room smelt like it was cleaned with a damp cloth, the air con was loud but at least it was there! People seem to smoke all sorts in their rooms which carried the smell into our room, the manager was apologetic and we were compensated but if this is not an experience you want I would bear that in mind. Also FYI the walls are thin Overall felt safe but wouldn't return

Stayed just for one night as we were attending an event in Liverpool. Hotel was very easy to find in a quiet location. Staff were extremely warm & welcoming, their friendliness was exceptional. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed including a Lovely hot shower. Down side, at a push, loo flush handle needed a little attention as was very loose. We couldn’t get the TV to switch off so just had to mute it through the night which wasn’t great & the aircon started leaking at 5am so had to turn it off. Down to our own choice we didn’t bring either of these to the attention of staff until the next morning which was noted down immediately, so hopefully would be sorted for the next guest.

no resturant open
when we arrived after our travel from london we asked where we could get a meal was told they would be busy as they had a large football group in and would be busy so would not be able to get food as kitchen would be closed so they could do food for the big group and as they only had a small kitchen we would not be able to order food .we were not happy about that it said when i booked it has a resturant did not say you could not use it

Overall lovely stay
Overall had a lovely stay with my daughters. Big spacious room and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. Great location, ammenities in close proximity within driving range. Small attention to detail would have been great. Room 119: remote control back cover was missing and the room key card holder cover was missing. Toilet was not flushing well. Lift could do with a makeover. But overall, a lovely stay.
