Great new hotel. Atmosphere was calm and friendly. The decor was cool and funky. The room was really well designed, for example USB ports by the bed, and the bathroom area excellent. The location was really handy for central Liverpool and the Albert Dock area. We will definitely stay again.

Nice, up to date, spacious rooms. The air in the first room wasn’t working properly and the manager quickly moved me to another room, which was great. Good location and easy to get around town. Also a great buffet breakfast!

Our room had a lovely view and it was so quiet and it was nice as well to have a cool free drink waiting for us in the fridge everyday : thank you for this attention... All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, room was excellent very clean. The decor was modern and relaxing. We had a room on the 16th floor with 3 huge windows so we could see all of Liverpool.The bar on the 18th floor was amazing the views wow we will definitely stay again
