Perfect hotel when staying in Liverpool
I’ve stayed at the Pullman Liverpool several times, always my ‘go to’ hotel when in the area. Great customer service, good breakfast and I was upgraded to an exec room which was really lovely. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again

We had no tea and coffee in our room when we arrived, so had to go down to reception to order some, as no room or way of contacting reception. Our Bathroom floor was very dirty, we raised this with the Reception when asking for some Tea and Milk, they did offer to send someone to clean it but it made no difference. The bed side table was sticky and dirty. The breakfast was disappointing as the fresh fruit had run out, the cleanliness of the table was very poor and the cereal options very poor. For the money charged, I would not stay in this hotel again.

Wonderful one night stay at the Pullman with a complimentary upgrade which was most appreciated. It was my first time at a Pullman in Europe after having stayed in Congo Kinshasa a while back. A tiny problem with the hot water tap was swiftly and professionally resolved. Breakfast was divine. A big thank you to the reception staff who helped me zip and unzip my dress and kept an eye on our car which had broken down the night before when my friends had a puncture bringing me home. Keep up the fabulous work!

Hotel in general was very nice, friendly staff, room was lovely but configuration was poor toilet door did not shut properly and toilet was right next to bed, should of been configured the opposite way round with door entrance near entry door(no brainer) also towels were on shelf right next to toilet on same level, all in all was average stay.
