If your on business and need WiFi don’t use this j

Wi-Fi on the room was abysmal. I am on business and I need to work in the room and I can’t. Wi-Fi should now be like hot and cold running water, shouldn’t even be amazed when it works well. But this was rubbish.

Lovely setting ,covenient -could not enjoy the gardens due to weather , very helpful staff ,VG breakfast -evening meal for sunday -adequate .

I never expect to go somewhere especially a hotel and find it so dirty, the carpet on the stairs going up from reception was absolutely awful have they never heard of a carpet cleaner? Our room was a nice size but there were marks on the wall. The floor has major marks/scratches. What’s with the padding on the bath right next to the toilet, that just cannot be cleaned properly. We had breakfast there and it was okay , we have been doing a road trip and this was our 4 hotel out of 5 and this was the worst breakfast up to now, the staff were very friendly. I would not stay here again.

Grand & good value

A GRAND building with plenty of heritage features. Large car park. Room had comforable Queen 4 poster bed, high ceilings, big windows, en- suite, wardrobe & tea/ coffee. All Lovely for Summer/Autumn, but I'm not sure how it would be in Winter? Very efficiently run Resteraunt and bar serving great food, breakfast/lunch/Dinner. We would stay again through the Deal scheme.

Rainhill Hall a let down

Room cold. No instruction manuals for tv or shower. Water scaling no mixer taps. Dangerous. Sparsely furnished. Communal areas worn and stained carpets.
