Very nice room, clean tidy, like having your own apartment. However, prices at the bar are way too expensive, more than being in London. £9 for a gin and tonic. That was a let down

Lovely stay with great service.
Lovely stay with great service. The room was lovely. In fact it was even better with having separate living room and bedroom with everything we needed. The breakfasts were lovely and the staff were really friendly and couldn't fault them at all. We didn't use the pool and spa facilities but will definitely be using them when we return in the next few months. Thank you for a lovely break x

Suite was great. Loads of space and good amenities. Some bad points - no fridge, mattress was sagging and the shower had a curtain and not glass screen. Staff were friendly and inviting and the overall hotel was a lovely place to stay.

Where do I start. If i could post pictures i would do. Felt like the room hadnt been cleaned since the last customer. Hair around the toilet. Shower tap mouldy and really hard to switch on. Bathroom tap only hot water no cold water. Couldve scolded kids. Lights wouldnt swith off. Light switch broken and wires visable.
